1. An entrance test is to be given for admission prior to admission to any class if situation demands.
2. The candidates seeking admission must apply in the prescribed form obtaining from the school office on cash payment of Rs. 100/- only.
3. Admission Form must be filled in either by the parent or legal guardian and the name and date of birth of the child once entered cannot be altered thereafter.
4. No application shall be considered unless all entries in the form are properly filled in and accompanied with the following documents.
a. One Copy of passport size photograph of the candidate.
b. School Leaving Certificate (Last attended) in original for Std. - I. to IX which is to be duly signed by the competent Education Authority and Birth Certificate for Nursery and K. G. classes.
c. A child seeking admission to Std.-I, in March should have completed five years of age on 30th September of the preceding year. The age for admission to other classes shall be calculated accordingly. Relaxation of age is not permitted. The progress report of the child including his/ her academic performance and participation in co-curricular activities in the last school attended should be produced during the time of admission.
5. The application complete in all respect must reach the school office within 7 days of the issue of the form.
6. The parents/guardian of the candidate must remain present during admission to sign on the Admission Register. Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right, rather merit and conduct of the candidate shall be considered while selecting candidates for admission. The decision of the School Authority regarding admission shall be binding and final.
7. The Head of the School has the right to refuse the continuation of studies to any pupil whose conduct or attendance is unsatisfactory and regularity of payment if not maintained properly.
8. Likewise, the Principal reserves the right to dismiss any student from the school at any time whose conduct is, in his / her opinion, against the good moral of the school.
9. Generally, withdrawals are not permitted except at the end of the session, unless such withdrawal is warranted by transfer of the Parent or Guardian or similar circumstances.
10. A fortnight notices or a month’s fee is required previous to the withdrawal of a student. If a student is withdrawn for any length of time and the parent wish him/her to be re-admitted, admission fees will be charged again.
11. A written application must be made by the parent (Father & Mother) for the transfer certificate of the student.
12. The T.C/S. L.C. can be issued only after one week, after all the fees and other dues are cleared and verified.
